The 74th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC) 2025 is scheduled to take place from December 19 to 21, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru has now announced its call for registrations.
The registration fee enables participants to attend the conference proceedings from December 19 to 21, 2025. The registrations are for Students, Teachers & Members (APTI/IPA/IPGA/IHPA/AIDCOC), Non Member, Accompanying Person and Foreign Delegates. There are four registration categories: Super Saver Registrations from May 15 to July 14. Early bird registrations from July 15 to September 14, 2025. Regular Registrations are from September 15 to November 14, 2025 and Spot registrations are on the inaugural day of the event.
If the students opt for Super Saver Registrations then they need to pay Rs. 4,000. In the early bird registrations, students will have to pay Rs. 4,500 and for the regular registrations it is Rs. 5,000.
The Teachers & Members (APTI/IPA/IPGA/IHPA/AIDCOC) going for Super Saver Registrations need to pay Rs. 5,500. Early bird registrations will be charged at Rs. 6,500 and the Regular Registrations entail payment of Rs. 7,500. Spot registrations mandate a payment of Rs. 8,500.
In the case of Non Members Super Saver Registrations need to pay Rs. 7,000. Early bird registrations will be charged at Rs. 8,000 and the Regular Registrations entail payment of Rs. 9,000. Spot registrations mandate a payment of Rs. 10,000.
For the Accompanying Person, Super Saver Registrations need to pay Rs. 4,000. Early bird registrations will be charged at Rs. 4,500 and the Regular Registrations entail payment of Rs. 5,000. Spot registrations mandate a payment of Rs. 5,500.
Foreign delegates in the Super Saver Registrations need to pay US$ 150. Early bird registrations will be charged at US$ 200 and the Regular Registrations entail payment of US$ 250. Spot registrations mandate a payment of US$ 300.
The event being hosted by the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) has communicated that discounted registration fee is offered for members of this association. This will also include the delegates from individual & institutional membership of APTI. For those who are not yet members of APTI could immediately seek the inclusion, it stated in its communication.
