City Imaging & Clinical Labs, is expanding its services across North India. The company is currently associated with 10 hospitals, providing comprehensive lab management services, including 24/7 in-house phlebotomy and lab testing. Several of these labs are NABL accredited, ensuring the highest standards of care and diagnostics.
The diagnostic lab is now offering services to hospitals with 50 or more beds. Its objective is to extend its footprint across North India over the next five years, supported an experienced team of pathologists, and an advanced Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Dr. Aakaar Kapoor, CEO, City Imaging & Clinical Labs, said, "Our advanced lab management services will not only enhance diagnostic accuracy but also significantly improve treatment outcomes for patients. Our initiative will transform how hospital labs are managed in India. From existing numbers of hospital labs, we plan to offer the services to over 50 hospitals with 50 beds and above across north India by March 2027. In the next five years, we would take it to over 50 hospitals. With our expertise, hospitals will be better equipped to deliver superior patient care and identify critical conditions before they become life-threatening.”

The expansion of these services will provide hospitals with the tools and expertise needed to detect and treat conditions before they escalate, thus improving patient outcomes and saving lives. Further, it would ensure that the clinical team can focus on clinical work without having to bother about diagnostic services.
City Imaging & Clinical Labs places a strong emphasis on continuous professional development for its lab personnel. It ensures that its lab staff receive the same level of training and development opportunities as those in its main laboratories. Also critical reports directly communicated to the clinicians/doctors on duty and closely monitors the internal quality controls online in addition to monitoring by site technical team. It also provides radiology services like x-ray & in few other centres, images of x-ray, CT & MRI are transmitted via PACS & reported via teleradiology.
