In a major move to support the pharmacy students concern, Karnataka Education Authority (KEA) has now notified on D Pharm (diploma in pharmacy) students lateral entry to 2nd year B Pharm. This follows after pressure from the pharmacy students. The Authority has now released its online document verification schedule, option entry and online seat allotment notification for B Pharma lateral entry for candidates who have appeared for UGCET 2023.
As the results of the diploma were published recently the admission to B Pharma lateral entry has now already commenced in a time-bound manner. The candidates who have appeared for UGCET 2023 will be eligible to participate for admission to B Pharma lateral entry courses. The steps include diploma marks entry, merit list to be downloaded of verification slip. The whole process will end on May 4, 2024, said the Karnataka Education Authority.
