Rupini brings over 18 years of experience across startups and multinational organizations, with a track record of building high-performance teams and leading people transformation initiatives. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping BPL Medtech’s human capital strategy, with a focus on building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
