What are the untapped market potentials, organized market dynamics, and threats from unorganized players in India’s pharmaceutical sector? Are there new geographies or expansion plans for SNS Pro-Pack?
There is still a significant untapped market, particularly among local players who invest in our machines only under regulatory pressure or client mandates. Price sensitivity often drives these players to hesitate, but they fail to recognize the long-term benefits of our high-quality machines, which offer superior reliability, performance, and a strong return on investment.
Around 80 per cent of our sales come from repeat customers who trust the quality of our products and services. We’ve got over 5,000 active installations in India, with 1,000 installations being over 15 years old. This speaks volumes about the durability and value our equipment brings.
The Indian pharmaceutical sector is expanding rapidly & steadily, and we are poised for growth in all regions. We have recently opened a new showroom in Mumbai, where customers can see live demonstrations of our machines. This enables greater engagement and a more hands-on experience with our equipment, which we believe will help drive further growth.
Could you tell us about the success journey of SNS Pro-Pack and how the company has evolved over the years?
SNS Pro-Pack started with a simple mission to bring cutting-edge solutions in Quality Control & Packaging technology to the Indian Pharmaceutical industry. Over the years, we have earned the trust of our customers by providing reliable, high-performance equipment and exceptional after-sales support.
Though our journey in pharmaceutical industry had a humble beginning with our ever first installation in Rusan Pharma, Khandla - we initially focused on serving multinational pharmaceutical organizations but have also started receiving very positive response from small and medium-scale pharmaceutical companies as well. Our commitment to bring right solutions, innovation and continuous improvement has driven our success. Today, we have established ourselves as a market leader in the pharmaceutical equipment in India, with over five decades of collective experience from our European principals.
