Do the Generic Name shall consist of First Brand Name & than the product Name. Is it allowed, if so under which section.Specially in case of Imported Cosmetic Products. If possible forward the Complete Label as per Indian Laws for example for Hair Bleach powder / Shampoo / conditioner etc.
